    The location is quite convenient. The foods were not as good as I expected from KFC, a bit too oily. The services wasn't good neither. The staffs doesn't seem like they want to be there, no greeting, no smile, and they spoke in the way that you really can't hear what they were talking about, even though at the time the shop was quite, only 3 customers.

    The toilets are very dirty, you can see it's clearly not been properly clean for a while.

    The staff are a little slow but the quality of the food is better than most other KFC's . I would recommend eating there.

    Filthy toilets.. luke warm food and rubbish bins full bulk of the time

    An ok kfc with lacklustre service and ok to good quality. Probably the best option for a 20 minute food break in Ararat.

    Waited 30 mins in drivethru and then didn't even get to order because there was no one there to take an order. Lazy staff, bad store.
