  I would strongly recommend never getting your hair coloured there. I have been having my hair coloured for many years and never ever have I come across such incompetence and lack of accountability.

  I have recently had a horrendous experience at HAIR 6TY. I went in wanting my hair to be lighter than it was however the hairdresser turned my hair orange and then blue!!! Needless to say I was horrified and terribly upset yet she made me pay anyways and told me to come back the following day and she would fix it. I stupidly believed her and paid. When I returned the next day she did several 'test' colours to see which one would cover the orange and blue mistake she had made the previous day. I was so upset at the whole experience that I sat there in tears while she largely ignored me and tended to other customers. When none of her test colours worked she told me that the only colour she could put it my hair to cover up the orange and blue was a dark brown. I went in wanting lighter hair and left the following day upset, out of pocket and with much much darker hair than I walked in with!
