    For $45 for a single room it was great value. Linen and towels were fresh and clean. Carpet in room was also quite clean. Shared mens bathroom remains unrenovated since original build (1960's?). Soap and shampoo provided. Not sure if the hot water service was working but didn't care to check as it was a hot day. Stayed in room 11 and blind would not roll up but is a minor quibble as is the dusty state of the shared balcony. Can be annoying to bring luggage in if you park out the back - wind your way through the pub with it all. Food in bistro is great.

    Went here because it was the only place open at the time and we were so glad to have found a place to eat... were greeted warmly by the nice lady working there and the food was ready quite quickly. While the food wasnt out of this world, it was certainly good enough for us.

    Seems to be the more popular, but not really that flash. Art Deco exterior nice however not the best atmosphere.
