    Good size rooms. Small bathroom with ver tight access to the shower, but large hand held shower rose , great water pressure & hot water. Separate room at entrance with basin. Lack of power points on bench in main room. Very small fridge. Microwave, tv, kettle, toaster, tea & coffee, biscuits, seperate table, lounge chair. Room has two entrances, one to parking lot & one to internal courtyard. Courtyard is fantastic for children with a trampoline & cubby with climbing activities. Chinese restaurant on site with access from your room via the courtyard.

    Im away for work a bit and stay in quite a few motels and this one is by far the worst. 0 stars will never be back there.

    Located only a short drive away from Ararat city centre. Room was well equipped and comfortable. Air conditioning unit was dated and occasionally noisy, but did not detract from the overall experience. Would revisit the next time if overnighting in Ararat.

    Simple yet does the job. Comfy rooms. Only thing I would criticize is how loud the heater unit is. Other than that, it does its job.
