    Worst estate agent in Australia. They lie about income received, their accounting procedures are dodgy, dont advise landlords when charges are applied, dont communicate changes to the tenants. In summary, they just dont care about anyone. Do not do business with this office - absolutely terrible

    This office is incompetent on every level. If you're a landlord, dont use First National Ararat

    The entire First National Team are terrible - property managers repeatedly forget to inform landlords of charges, they dont follow up issues with tenants, and then Directors cant be bothered to answer questions when these issues occur.
